Royal Navy Sword

A forged blade. Either stainless steel, high carbon steel or nickel-plated high carbon steel blade. It is hardened and tempered to ca. 48-52 ° HRC Rockwell and hand-polished. Both sides are etched using a traditional acid etching technique that that results in an etch so deep, that one can feel it with a fingernail. The length of the blade is ca. 795 mm.
